2026 Soldiers to Sidelines Coaching SummitJuly 23-25, 2026
Mike Denbrock brought the 2nd Chance Foundation 4 Life’s belief in the “next play” to the 2026 Soldiers to Sidelines Coaching Summit at Vanderbilt University, sharing lessons from nearly four decades of coaching veterans and military spouses who are continuing their service from the sidelines. To help that mission reach even further, the foundation donated $5,000 to Soldiers to Sidelines, supporting more veterans and military families as they find new opportunities to lead, mentor, and make a difference through coaching.

Mike and Dianne Denbrock officially introduced the 2nd Chance Foundation 4 Life following Notre Dame’s Blue-Gold Game, bringing family, friends, colleagues, and community supporters together around the belief that everyone deserves another chance. The event marked the beginning of a new mission to invest in people through four causes close to the Denbrock family: childhood cancer, veterans, men’s and women’s health, and autism support.
